Qualifications

• Graduate degree required: NP or PA.
• Massachusetts NP/PA license and board certification.
• Federal DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration (MCSR) are required.
• EM or Urgent Care experience preferred, strong clinical rotations encouraged.
