Coordinates day-to-day patient care, provides follow-up in both inpatient and outpatient environments, and adapts to service-aligned team needs. Applies evidence-based practice and education to ensure safe, care. Demonstrates advanced clinical and technical competency, sound judgment, professionalism, and effective communication. Maintains timely documentation and pursues ongoing professional development. ## Essential Functions• Manages care for acute and chronically ill urology patients across ambulatory and inpatient settings.• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.• Provides follow-up care for urology patients in the outpatient setting.• Conducts patient assessments and develops individualized care plans.• Applies evidence-based practice and advanced clinical knowledge in urology.• Documents clinical activities promptly and accurately in medical records.• Educates and mentors students, staff, and novice APPs.• Maintains professional licensure, CEUs, and compliance with accreditation requirements.• Demonstrates professionalism and effective communication with patients, staff, and the community.• Performs other duties as assigned. ## Education RequirementMaster’s degree in a nurse practitioner program, physician assistant program, or a related field ## Experience Requirement0+ years of experience in a relevant area An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.All experience must be paid and in the same related field.Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted. ## Certifications & LicensuresAdvanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) ## Working ConditionsA.
