Job Description:

The Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship Program Manager serves as an administrative operations leader responsible for overseeing APP Fellowship programs within their region. This role requires significant autonomy to ensure effective and efficient operations, compliance with all safety standards, policies, and laws.

Position Details:

This position collaborates with the Advanced Practice Director of APP Fellowships to support current and new fellowship tracks. It is a remote role with flexible hours, provided that meetings are attended and projects are completed on time.

Essential Functions:

  1. Administer APP Fellowship activities in consultation with the Advanced Practice Director.
  2. Manage training programs for APP Fellows.
  3. Ensure program accreditation compliance and address deficiencies.
  4. Provide strategic planning, budgeting, and contract management leadership.
  5. Develop and review program policies, procedures, and handbooks.
  6. Facilitate faculty and fellow evaluations collaboratively.
  7. Gain comprehensive knowledge of APP Fellowship Program requirements.
  8. Coordinate specialty rotations and learning opportunities with Fellowship Track Leads.
  9. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  10. Support APP fellows to ensure program requirements are met.
  11. Organize graduation, wellness, and other program-related events with the Director.
  12. May have direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with physician or resident onboarding, retention, and engagement
  • Leadership experience, including training, project coordination, or supervision
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and data management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current HR Management certification
  • Experience with budget development and management
  • Residency Program Coordinator or Administrator experience
  • Proficiency with Excel, Teams, data collection, and project management

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to see, read, and assess information and equipment
  • Verbal communication with providers, colleagues, and patients
  • Manual dexterity for equipment manipulation and computer use
  • Potential clinical shift responsibilities
  • Ability to drive a vehicle as needed

Location: Transformation Center, Murray, Utah

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 24

The hourly rate ranges from $37.98 to $58.61, depending on experience.
