Job Description: Job Description - WORKDAY INTEGRATION
We are seeking highly creative and intellectually curious Workday Integrations Engineers who are passionate about developing highly-resilient, fundamentally-sound objects to support the Human Resource technology driving bank. As part of a team that’s leading the next wave of disruption on a whole new scale, you will play an integral part in advancing bank’s Human Resource Technology ecosystem and culture of technical excellence. You will champion automation of functional and technical processes and bring your technical expertise to drive innovative solutions while leveraging bank’s DevOps and Continuous Integration platforms.
What You’ll Do:
Design and develop complex integrations within the Workday platform to support candidate and associate experience using web service technologies, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSLT.
Provide technical expertise on Workday Studio technologies, Workday Orchestrate and Extend; security, troubleshooting system issues, data analysis, vendor management and coordination with other HR/Enterprise teams.
Engage with other technologists across the HR Tech environment to identify innovative solutions for capturing and integrating data across the Human Resources technical landscape
Work with product owners to align on priorities and deliver on key objectives using Agile methodologies, while maintaining the highest platform and Enterprise standards.
Design and develop automation workflows, perform unit tests and code reviews, to make sure work is rigorously designed, elegantly coded and effectively tuned for platform performance and quality.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 8 years of experience in platform engineering on HR platforms (Workday, Peoplesoft, or SuccessFactor)
At least 5 years of experience designing and developing integration solutions in Workday using Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Custom Reports or RaaS solutions
At least 5 years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP
Workday or Workday Pro certifications (Integrations, Studio, Extend, Core Connectors)

90 minutes zoom video interviews w/ three different interviewers -may be broken up to several different interviews depending on interviewer availability
