Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Dermatology Advanced Practical Provider (APN/PA) with at least one year of dermatology experience to join our growing team. You will examine, diagnose, and treat patients across ages, provide general, surgical, and cosmetic care, and monitor progress.

The role includes prescribing medications and ensuring HIPAA/OSHA compliance, with opportunities for cosmetic training.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP or PA with active state license.
• Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• 1–2 years dermatology experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dermatology Advanced Practical Provider with a minimum of one year experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients of all ages with general, surgical, and/or cosmetic care.
• Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the quality of service and care offered to patients.
• Examine, diagnose, and inform patients to determine dermatological treatments.
• Monitor and report on treatment progress.
• Prescribe medication.
• Work with HIPAA and OSHA compliance.
• Group will offer extensive training in cosmetics if interested.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license.
• Master’s Degree from an accredited program.
• 1‑2 years of dermatology professional experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Compensation

$125,000‑150,000+ (includes eligibility for signing and relocation bonuses).

Employee Eligibility and Benefits

Full‑time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical (telehealth included), HSA/FSA, dental, vision beginning on the 1st of the month after hire, and 401(k) after 30 days of employment. Birthday is an additional personal holiday. Company‑sponsored short‑term disability and pre‑tax savings are available for public transit commuters. Part‑time employees (less than 30 hours) are eligible for dental and vision on the 1st of the month after hire and 401(k) after 30 days of employment.
