Job summary

Kimberton Whole Foods, Inc. in Phoenixville, PA, is seeking an Apothecary Team Member to join our community-focused store.

This part-time role offers up to 24 hours per week, with shifts Thursday through Saturday between 10:00 and 20:30, and an entry pay range of $16–$17 per hour. You will stock supplements, provide exceptional customer service, collaborate with the Apothecary Department Head on signage, and act as a community resource for wellbeing products in compliance with DSHEA.

Kimberton Whole Foods Kimberton looking for an Apothecary Team Member!

Schedule: Part-time, up to 24 hours per week.

Availability: Thursday, Friday, Saturday- mix of shifts between 10am-8:30pm

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.

Address: 2140 Kimberton Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460

Pay Range: $16- $17 hourly to start.

Benefits: Part-time team members are eligible for a 15% discount after 60 days and a 401K with matching 3% after one year and 1000 hours worked.

DAILY OPERATIONS: The Apothecary Team Member’s primary responsibilities to execute the following.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all.
• Receiving and stocking all supplements, body care, gifts, cards, and magazines.
• Working in collaboration with the Apothecary Department Head to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the entire department.
• Acts as community resource by providing assistance with products for wellbeing in compliance with DSHEA law.

Requirements

Physical Capabilities:

• Full sense range (vision, hearing and sense of smell) – the ability to read product labels, distinguish color & smell for quality control as well as the ability to communicate with the customers and co-workers.
• Lifting, gripping and carrying objects – up to 50-75 pounds frequently, including boxes, cans, tools and other products.
• Stooping, squatting, & kneeling – stoop and maneuver to pick up boxes from shelving and carts.
• Walking – short distances to bring items from miscellaneous areas.
• Standing- prolonged standing.
• Work environment – movement based with the majority of time being in motion (walking & standing) rather that sedentary (sitting).
• Climate – ability to work in cold environments (cooler, Freezer, back stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods of time on a regular basis.
