Job summary

Summit Health is seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse in New Jersey to join a collaborative primary care team. You will work with a multidisciplinary department to deliver integrated, patient-centered care in a dynamic practice.

Requirements include a current New Jersey APN license and at least 1 year of primary care experience. Compensation ranges from $116,000 to $145,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package and CME funding.

Compensation Range: $116,000-$145,000 The provided compensation range is based on industry standards and salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, individual performance, quality measures and location of position.
