Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health's Cooper Bone & Joint Institute in Camden, NJ seeks an Advanced Practice Nurse in Podiatry to join a growing foot and ankle service.

You will provide comprehensive outpatient care, collaborate with podiatric surgeons and a multidisciplinary team, and help expand access to specialized foot and ankle care. NJ NP and RN licensure with board certification are required, with a day shift and full time schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s NP with NJ RN licensure and board certification.
• BLS certification required.
• Full-time; day shift; pay scale disclosed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage postoperative podiatry patients.
• Provide routine follow-up care for non-operative foot and ankle conditions.
• Perform wound assessments and ongoing wound management.
• Coordinate referrals with vascular surgery, wound care, primary care, endocrinology, and others.
• Educate patients on postoperative care and diabetic foot care.
• Assist in developing foot preservation and limb preservation initiatives.
• Participate in quality improvement and multidisciplinary care coordination.
