Job summary

Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology is recruiting an Associate Product Manager (APM) for the Summer 2027 cohort in the Greater LA, CA area. This two-year development program blends hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership growth across Disney’s product teams.

You will assist in developing and executing product strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and support the lifecycle from discovery to launch as part of a structured learning path.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to develop features for an assigned product domain.
• Learn to develop and communicate a strategic vision for engaging fans, aligning with company goals and market trends.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and documentation to drive development of features.
• Work with leadership to craft product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap.
• Support product research by analyzing competitor offerings.
• Contribute to strategy documents and presentations.
• Conduct basic data analysis to inform product decisions (usage metrics, user behavior).
• Support feature launches and internal communications.
