Job summary

Visa invites applications for the Associate Product Manager (APM) Program, a two-year, four-rotation training path designed for recent graduates to develop core product-management skills. Participants work in a collaborative, cross-functional team on payment experiences, fraud prevention, and local solutions across Visa’s global network.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, with immersive intensives, case studies, and mentorship from Visa leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with graduation May 2026 – August 2027
• Available to start August/September 2027
• Experience applying skills through internships, projects, or coursework
• Familiarity with iterative product development and cross-functional teamwork

Responsibilities

• Help develop product strategy, go-to-market plans, and product documents (concept briefs, business cases, requirements)
• Build and maintain product roadmaps aligning goals, customer needs, and business priorities
• Learn Visa products and assist teams in enhancing features using existing capabilities
• Research market trends, competitors, and user needs; summarize insights for decisions
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to test, implement, and improve concepts
• Coordinate with regional teams, Product Marketing, and Finance to execute cohesive strategies
