Competitive Pay & Performance Rewards

Starting Pay: $0.60 per mile – With performance-based increases up to $0.65 per mile!

Estimated Annual Earnings: $75,000 - $95,000+ per year, based on experience, mileage, and performance incentives.

Performance Raises:

1. +$0.02 CPM after 90 days
2. +$0.02 CPM after 1 year
3. +$0.01 CPM increase every year after

Up to $600/month in Bonuses:

1. Fuel Efficiency (MPG 7+): $200/month
2. On-Time Performance (95%+): $200/month
3. Safety Score (95%+, No Accidents, Clean DOT Inspections): $200/month

Safety Inspection Bonuses:

1. Level 1 Clean Inspection: $300
2. Level 2 Clean Inspection: $200
3. Level 3 Clean Inspection: $100

Additional Pay:

1. Layover & Breakdown Pay: $100 after 8 hours
2. Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 3 free hours
