Pay & Bonuses That Reward Excellence

1. Starting Pay: $0.60 - $0.65 per mile, based on experience and performance
2. Top drivers earn up to $90,000+ annually, including bonuses
3. Performance Raises – Earn an extra $0.02 per mile at 90 days and another $0.02 per mile at 1 year
4. Up to $600/month in Bonuses – Rewarding drivers who deliver on-time, safely, and efficiently
5. Clean Inspection Bonuses – Up to $300 per inspection
6. Layover & Detention Pay – $100 after 8 hours, $15 per hour detention after 3 hours
7. Annual Pay Increases – The longer you stay, the more you earn
8. Strong Miles, Reliable Freight – Only for drivers who are ready to run
