Key Responsibilities:

1. Transport goods across multiple states with precision and care.
2. Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
3. Maintain a stellar safety record with no accidents and clean DOT inspections.
4. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
5. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
6. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Compensation:

1. Starting Pay: $0.60 per mile.
2. Evaluations and Raise Structure:
   • 90 Days: $0.01 per mile increase
   • 1 Year: Additional $0.01 per mile increase
   • Each Year After: $0.01 per mile increase

Qualifications:

1. Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
2. Minimum of 2 years of over-the-road driving experience.
3. Clean driving record.
4. Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
5. Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
