Domestic Violence Intervention Services, Inc. (DVIS) seeks an APIP Coordinator to lead the Abusive Partner Intervention Program.

The role advances equity and inclusion while overseeing contract group facilitators and coordinating curriculum development in collaboration with the Vice President of Clinical Services. The position requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and reporting skills, with 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Formación

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related mental health field required.
• 1-2 years clinical experience required; nonprofit experience with at-risk populations preferred.
• Knowledge of social justice issues, intimate partner/domestic violence, and DEI/anti-racism preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate APIP activities and supervise APIP staff and contractors.
• Act as communication hub for APIP clients and agency staff.
• Interview, onboard and manage APIP contract staff and interns; review reports before submission.

Educación
