Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced professional to manage Apigee OPDK environments across development, testing and production, ensuring robust API proxy operations and secure connectivity. You will monitor health, apply patches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support API integrations.

The role requires extensive Linux/Unix administration skills, experience with virtualized environments, and a TS security clearance (preferred, not required).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Apigee OPDK administration, installation, configuration, and support.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Apigee OPDK environments across development, testing, and production.
• Troubleshoot and resolve API proxy, connectivity, authentication, and performance issues.
• Manage and maintain Linux servers and virtual machine infrastructure supporting Apigee platforms.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement security patches, upgrades, and configuration changes.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to support API integrations.
