Job summary

Vytwo is looking for an experienced API Tester to work with banking and finance projects in Dallas, TX. This role requires strong knowledge in testing microservices and using Apache JMeter, along with experience in GCP.

Mandatory:

• 3–8+ years of experience in API testing
• Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter
• Experience testing microservices architectures
• Solid understanding of HTTP, REST, JSON, OAuth, JWT
• Experience working with GCP-hosted applications
• SQL & basic data validation skills

Preferred:

• Experience with tools like Postman, REST Assured, Karate, Swagger/OpenAPI
• Knowledge of containers (Docker) and Kubernetes (GKE)
• Familiarity with Apigee or API Gateway
• Scripting knowledge (Java, Python, Groovy, or JavaScript)
• Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
