Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years leading and delivering complex business/tech initiatives.
• Experience in SAFe Agile software development.
• Strong product, program management and process improvement skills.
• Translate business requirements into technical capabilities.
• Collaborate across business, technology, architecture, vendor and product teams.
• Experience using Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of API development concepts and digital ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across levels.
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business and technology to align API initiatives with enterprise goals.
• Lead and champion Guardian’s API strategy across trains and stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate to design and deliver scalable APIs that enhance customer and partner experiences.
• Support API implementation activities including testing, deployment, and security considerations.
• Monitor API adoption, usage metrics, and feedback for opportunities to improve.
