Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant technical field required.
• 4+ years of engineering or technical experience in GMP environment.
• Knowledge of FDA requirements preferred.
• Experience with process control systems preferred.
• Ability to support 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing department processes and daily operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ensure equipment reliability.
• Provide routine troubleshooting for the manufacturing facility.
• Drive equipment qualification and optimization within the area.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Monitor key process parameters and track initiatives.
• Collaborate across interfaces to other processes and support systems.
• Transfer knowledge from other Novo Nordisk sites to the project.
• Develop and pursue personal development with manager guidance.
• Generate and implement improvement concepts across the track.
• Adhere to safety and environmental requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
