Job summary

The Manufacturing Technician at Bachem Americas will contribute to the safe and economical manufacture of API products on a production team. You will produce APIs from gram to multi-kg scale, performing routine equipment setup for synthesis and downstream processing while ensuring clean, compliant work areas.

You will follow cGMP guidelines, maintain batch records, and collaborate with supervisors and peers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• GMP manufacturing experience preferred in pharma or related industries.
• Willingness to work shifts including nights/weekends.
• Proficient with GMP documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture APIs through synthesis, cleavage, and purification.
• Follow SOPs/BPRs and cGMP guidelines.
• Set up, clean, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain batch documentation and ensure safety.
• Adhere to schedules and optimize processes.
