Trasis is seeking an API Manufacturing Lead to drive the launch and coordination of API production in the US. You will implement synthesis processes, supervise initial batches, and coordinate with Belgium teams to ensure a compliant start to activities.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in Pharmacy or Chemistry, GMP experience, and strong analytical knowledge (GC, HPLC). Fluency in French and English is expected, with a hands-on, autonomous approach.

• Master’s or PhD in pharmacy/chemistry (organic/pharmaceutical/chemical).
• Experience in a GMP environment.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques (GC, HPLC).
• Ownership, resourcefulness and ability to drive initiatives.
• Solution-minded with troubleshooting and operational problem solving.
• Strong commitment to quality, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on, autonomous and pragmatic.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in API synthesis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• API Manufacturing & Process Implementation: contribute to synthesis transfer and supervise first batches.
• Local Operations Coordination: plan, prioritize and oversee on-site production activities.
• Supply & Logistics Support: manage material flows and secure supply availability.
• Quality, Safety & Compliance: ensure GMP compliance and proper documentation.
• Interface with Belgium: coordinate with Chemistry R&D/Production/Quality/Supply teams.
