Job summary

Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Co. is seeking an Integration Analyst to collaborate with external partners and lead API quote/bind integrations within the Independent Agent channel.

You will drive onboarding to Liberty Mutual APIs, monitor integration health, and support multi-year modernization efforts to enhance partner experiences. The role requires agile experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate technical needs into business requirements, working with internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or similar.
• 3 years of experience in business, technology, or consulting with at least 1 year in agile teams.
• Experience with systems integration and data mapping, including XML and JSON standards.
• Knowledge of personal lines property and casualty insurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or directly support external quote and bind API integrations with third-party partners from requirements through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Develop integration documentation, implementation plans, testing strategies, and partner communication plans.
• Monitor integration health, coordinate issue resolution, and communicate incidents to stakeholders.
• Develop documentation of complex external UI/API experience requirements.
• Bridge partner needs to Liberty Product Owners and Engineering, influencing backlogs.
• Communicate project progress to internal stakeholders; collaborate across Distribution, Product, Insights & Solutions.
• Champion process improvement, AI-enabled workflows, and knowledge sharing across the integration analyst team.
