Job summary
Cathay Bank is seeking an API Integration Specialist to design, implement, and optimize API connections across internal and external platforms. You will work with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Azure DevOps to ensure secure, scalable data exchange and reliable service delivery.
The role requires 2+ years in API development or integration, with hands-on MuleSoft experience, API specifications, and CI/CD knowledge.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of API development or systems integration experience.
- Hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience including API Manager and Exchange.
- Proficient in API specs using RAML or Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Knowledge of API security principles and encryption.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage API integrations between third-party and internal apps.
- Build connections to data sources and cloud platforms via APIs.
- Collaborate with API owners and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Support lifecycle from analysis to deployment and monitor API performance.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
