Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an Integration Analyst I to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that enable seamless data flow across enterprise applications.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement APIs, manage the APIM environment, and troubleshoot issues to support operations. The role requires 1–3 years in system integration, API work, and strong SQL skills, with preferred experience in MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, or Apache Camel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in CS/SE/IS.
• 1–3 years of experience in system integration, API development, or related role.
• Experience managing APIM environments is a plus.
• Experience with API development (REST, SOAP), JSON, XML, and data transformation.
• Knowledge of API Management platforms (Azure APIM, AWS API Gateway, Apigee).
• Advanced SQL knowledge; query optimization, functions, stored procedures.
• Scripting: Python, JavaScript for automation.
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements integration solutions using APIs, middleware, ETL tools, and custom scripts to connect disparate systems.
• Designs, develops, and tests APIs (REST, SOAP) to enable secure communication between systems and applications.
• Maintains and optimizes the APIM environment, including gateways, policies, and security settings.
• Acts as a backup for the DBA, performing SQL queries, database performance tasks, and backups/restores.
• Diagnoses and resolves integration, API, and database issues to minimize disruptions.
• Creates and maintains detailed documentation for integration processes, API specs, and APIM configurations.
• Performs testing of integration solutions, APIs, and database operations to ensure compliance and security.
• Collaborates with developers, system admins, DBAs, and analysts to support enhancements and deployments.
• Identifies opportunities to optimize integration processes and APIM operations.
