Trispoke managed services in Greenville, SC is seeking an APG Mechanic to join the Lockheed Martin Greenville Production Team on a 12-month contract to build F-16 fighter jets. The role requires willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or weekend shifts, with training before final shift assignment.

Pay is $38.00/hr on W2. You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, and modify aircraft systems and powerplants per established procedures, and must know landing gear, powerplants, flight controls, rigging

Responsibilities

Location: Greenville, SC 29605

Payrate: $38.00/hr. on W2!

Duration: 12-month contract with potential Extension

Citizenship: US Citizens

Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or weekend, Will Train on First shift then sent to final shift.

1st shift - Mon-Thurs- 6:00am-4:30pm

2nd shift - Mon-Thurs- 4:30pm-3:00am

Possible weekend shift Thurs-Sun 6:00am-4:30pm

Job Description:

You will be the Production Hangar APG, F-16 Technician for the Lockheed Martin Greenville Production Team building F-16 Fighter Jets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As the Production Hangar APG, F-16 Technician you will be responsible for Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling and modifying aircraft systems and powerplants in accordance with established written procedures, specifications, and standards. The Production Hangar APG, F-16 Technician will also need to be knowledgeable in aircraft systems operation and maintenance to include:

• Landing gear
• Powerplants
• Flight controls
• Rigging
• Aircraft movement.

Required Skills:

• Comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Use hands to grasp, handle, and/or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, twist, and work on or in the aircraft.
• Frequently lift and/or push or pull up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive movements and work overhead.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a clean, FOD-free work area.
• Properly use, handle and dispose of hazardous materials, and toxic or caustic chemicals per Government regulations and company procedures
• Mission essential functions and other duties may be assigned as required.
• May be required to obtain a clearance as necessary if work area performs classified work.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed to perform job tasks. The employee is regularly exposed to vibration.
• Flightline experience a major plus
