Job summary

Oracle Health seeks a Consulting Lead Software Developer to design, develop, test, and document new APEX-based applications. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, collaborate with analysts and users, and ensure secure, scalable solutions while adhering to SDLC and Agile practices.

The role requires strong Oracle APEX/SQL/PL-SQL expertise, modern web technologies, and the ability to deliver MVP features with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Oracle APEX experience incl. 21.x.
• Strong Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, logical/physical DB design.
• Experience with REST and data transfer methods.
• Proficient in modern web tech: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Desirable: Oracle JET experience; code standards.
• Strong programming in Python/Java/Scala.
• Analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and document new applications on the APEX platform.
• Perform system analysis and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers and end users to deliver MVP features.
• Ensure security and architecture requirements are met.
