Job summary

Evolver, LLC is seeking an APEX Oracle Developer to maintain and enhance the primary case management system. The role requires on-site work in Washington, DC, five days a week, with a focus on high availability, O&M, and user training.

Responsibilities include designing and debugging Oracle APEX, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and AJAX code, plus developing new capabilities and supporting documentation. A TS/SSBI clearance path is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle 11G or newer.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL/SQL.
• Active Top Secret with SSBI and ability to obtain SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in teleconferences or technical meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives.
• Design, debug, code, and maintain Oracle APEX applications.
• Design, debug, code, and maintain CSS, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX code.
• Develop, design, and incorporate new capabilities into the case management system.
• Perform O&M and develop/maintain SOPs for the APEX applications.
• Provide end-user support for the case management and other APEX applications.
• Develop supporting documentation, training materials and provide end-user training support.
• Assist with ensuring requirements are documented and met.
