The Work

Role: As a Continuous Improvement Engineer in the Production Operations APEX office, you’ll be a key catalyst for change, partnering with teams across Operations to identify and implement impactful business improvements. Your responsibilities include:

1. Leading and supporting continuous improvement projects across all areas of Operations
2. Applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering techniques to reduce waste and enhance processes
3. Serving as a business partner to Performance Management Teams (PMTs), guiding them in problem solving, conflict resolution, and alignment with key performance goals
4. Defining project scopes, measuring ROI, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and tracking key metrics
5. Motivating and influencing cross-functional teams to drive a culture of excellence
6. Supporting communication and change management strategies to ensure project success and long-term sustainability
7. Participating in and sometimes leading special initiatives that require a strong foundation in project management and continuous improvement methodologies
