Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA, is seeking an Acute Care NP or PA to join the Trauma Service. This full-time role supports a Level I trauma center and involves disposition of trauma patients from ER and floor with no ICU responsibilities. A 40-hour workweek with weekend rotation is included.

Sentara Healthcare is searching for an Acute Care NP or PA to join its high-performingTrauma ServiceTeam at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, a Virginia State-designated Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center. With the help of the hospital-based Nightingale Regional Air Ambulance and EMS partners in surrounding communities, Sentara Norfolk General Hospital’s trauma program receives patients within a 125-mile radius, from Virginia’s Northern Neck to Ocracoke Island on North Carolina’s Outer Banks.

This is a Full-Time position working 40 hours per week, and includes some weekends based on a rotational basis.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $107,785.60 - $312,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
