The Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property grounds, janitorial needs to common areas, cleaning vacant apartments and snow removal when needed. We are willing to train the right person and there is opportunity for growth! This is not a landscaping position. Upper Town Apartments has 318 units and is situated in a convenient location just across the street from St. Cloud Tech and Community College and right on the bus line.
