Adara Communities seeks an experienced Apartment Property Manager for Parkside Place, a 384-unit conventional community. You will lead daily operations, supervise onsite staff, and drive financial performance with strong budgeting and reporting.

The role emphasizes sales and marketing, resident relations, accurate KPI tracking, rent collection, and adherence to company procedures. Candidates must have a stable work history and live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' apartment manager experience with supervision.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management abilities.
• Experience managing conventional communities of 200+ units; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for a 384-unit conventional community.
• Lead onsite team through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Report KPI and budget status, occupancy, and leasing metrics.
• Manage rent collection, delinquencies, and operating expenses.
• Drive leasing through sales and marketing strategies.
