Megan Properties Management is seeking an Apartment Property Manager to oversee daily operations at our residential communities. The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and solid administrative skills to deliver quality housing experiences to residents.

The ideal candidate will manage leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and supervise onsite staff while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and HUD regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, HUD regulations, and property compliance.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (FHA, OneSite, AppFolio).

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the property, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations.
• Supervise onsite staff, vendors, and maintenance contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations including fair housing laws.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, financial reports, and occupancy goals.
