M Megan Properties Management seeks an experienced Apartment Property Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our residential communities in Georgia. The role blends leadership, customer service, and administrative tasks to deliver high-quality housing experiences for residents.

You will manage leasing, rent collection, and resident relations while supervising onsite staff and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property management preferred (affordable housing experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, HUD regulations, and property compliance.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., FHA, OneSite, AppFolio).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
