Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Property Manager to lead on-site teams, drive leasing, and manage financial performance across 200+ units. The role emphasizes leadership, operations, resident relations, and strong customer service.

You will report KPIs, oversee rent collection, inspect properties, and ensure compliance with company procedures while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment manager experience required.
• Experience supervising onsite staff preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management abilities.
• Proven sales, marketing, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop onsite team members through coaching and performance management.
• Report key performance indexes (occupancy, leasing metrics, budget status).
• Manage rent collection, delinquencies, and operating expenses.
• Investigate and resolve resident concerns and policy violations with professionalism.
• Drive leasing performance through sales and marketing strategies.
• Conduct routine property inspections and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
