Join our growing Maintenance Team as a full time Porter in Austin, TX!

Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team!

Position: Porter

Location: Carson Crossing, our brand new multi-family community located in Austin, TX

Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, with a one hour lunch break daily, 40 hours per week.

What we are looking for:

• Prior experience as an Apartment Porter in a multi-family property environment
• Adept in grounds keeping, light maintenance, cleanliness and curb appeal
• Ability to work in a team-focused environment

Qualifications:

• Education

• Experience

• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Skills & Certifications:
• Valid Driver’s License required
