Pacific Capital Management is hiring a Porter for The Renaissance at Hobble Creek in Boise, ID. The role focuses on keeping the community clean and welcoming, with hands-on cleaning and light groundskeeping responsibilities.

You will report to the on-site Property Manager, work full-time, and be part of a team that values detail, reliability, and guest satisfaction. Training is provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with basic cleaning or groundskeeping a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Empty exterior trash cans and maintain cleanliness around dumpsters.
• Sweep breezeways, sidewalks, and outdoor common areas.
• Maintain tidy appearance of outdoor amenities such as pool areas, courtyards, gazebos and BBQ spaces.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or needed repairs to management.
• Assist with community events and curb appeal projects as needed.
