Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must meet all physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Paint interiors and exteriors of the apartment community and vacant apartments.
• Ensure service requests are completed timely and in accordance with company standards.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for rent-ready conditions.
• Make drywall repairs when necessary.
• Maintain the required uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude.
• Provide highest quality of customer service.
• Conduct all business in accordance with policies and procedures and laws.
• Operate within safety policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Community Manager.
