• Salary: $22 to $24/hour + renewal bonus + housing discount + benefits + 401(k) matching

Role Overview

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, your key responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks related to apartment occupancy, building upkeep, move-ins, move-outs, unit turns, work orders, HVAC repair, plumbing, drywall, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your skills and dedication will help create a comfortable living environment for our residents.

Your Contributions

• Complete work orders promptly
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Inspect and repair appliances, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical systems
• Regular community inspections and reporting needs
• Participate in maintenance duties including groundskeeping
• Handle emergencies with proper communication and follow-up
• Adhere to company policies and legal standards including Fair Housing, ADA, and others
