Two Coast Living in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Leasing Consultant who thrives on people, energy, and forming connections. As the friendly face guiding prospective residents, you'll greet, tour, answer questions, and help them find their perfect home.

You'll showcase move-in ready apartments with enthusiasm, build trust with current residents, and work with the team to meet leasing goals while delivering top-notch service.

Competenze

• A high school diploma or GED is required; an undergraduate degree is preferred.
• Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Treats everyone with respect and dignity, accepts responsibility and takes ownership of tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
