EmergencyMD is looking for an Apartment Make Ready Technician in Mesquite, TX to prepare and restore vacant apartments for new residents. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and skills in minor repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Required prior apartment make ready experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs individually.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and restore vacant apartments for new resident move-ins.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Assist with grounds upkeep including trash pickup and maintaining common areas.

Skills

Prior apartment make ready experience

Basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and construction repair abilities

Attention to detail

Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
