Join us as an Apartment Make Ready Technician at MAA to perform general maintenance and repairs, ensuring apartment homes and property facilities are in excellent condition. Your responsibilities include preparing apartments for new residents through tasks such as painting, pressure washing, groundskeeping, and basic maintenance.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, or mechanical repair
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
