Ivy Plains at Brooks Apartment in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Make Ready to prepare vacant units for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. This role supports the property by maintaining grounds, assisting the maintenance team, and ensuring a clean, safe living environment for residents.

The successful candidate will have 1+ years of maintenance or custodial experience, excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
