AMLI Broadway Park in Denver is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs, painting, and general make-ready work to ensure move-in readiness. You will inspect vacancies, perform basic repairs, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical tasks, and assist with general maintenance alongside an experienced team.
