MAA is seeking an Apartment Make Ready Technician to maintain and repair apartment homes and common areas, ensuring units are ready for new residents. You will handle duties from painting and pressure washing to basic upkeep, with an emphasis on meeting quality standards in outdoor environments.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in multifamily maintenance or related fields and are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• 6 months of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, general labor, and/or mechanical repair.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance and repairs to keep apartment homes and facilities in good condition.
• Prepare empty apartment homes for move-in.
• Paint, pressure wash, and perform grounds keeping as needed.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and safety compliance.
