Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated Apartment Make Ready/Punch Technician to join our team. In this role, you will prepare vacant apartment units for new residents, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and functionality. Responsibilities include minor repairs, touch-ups, and general maintenance tasks.

Job Duties

1. Conduct inspections of vacant units and identify repairs or improvements needed.
2. Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
3. Ensure units are cleaned, functional, and ready for occupancy.
4. Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to address issues promptly.
5. Maintain quality standards and attention to detail.
6. Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Own your tools.
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance, construction, or related fields.
