Job Responsibilities

• Inspect vacant units and identify repairs or improvements needed.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
• Ensure units are clean, functional, and ready for new residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance and property management to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Assist with other maintenance duties as required.
