We are currently seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing day-to-day preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, and managing unit turnovers, along with general upkeep of residential apartment buildings. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:

1. Participating in on-call and weekend rotation
2. Providing excellent communication and customer service to ensure high satisfaction
3. Performing preventative maintenance and repairs across a broad range of tasks
4. Responding promptly to work orders
5. Preparing vacant units for showings and move-ins
6. Maintaining the interior and exterior of buildings
7. Upkeep of grounds
8. Installing and troubleshooting appliances
9. Maintaining and repairing plumbing fixtures
10. Performing basic HVAC maintenance
