Seldin Company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician at Perennial Park apartment community in Bozeman, MT. This is a Tax Credit property with 96 units. This position will pay up to $27.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
The Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
