Job summary

Flynn Management Corporation in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Part Maintenance Technician to perform routine and on-call maintenance across electrical, carpentry, plumbing and HVAC systems. The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on experience and the ability to work independently with your own tools.

The position is part-time with a schedule that includes Monday, Tuesday and Thursday shifts, and candidates must have a valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment screenings.

Job description

Flynn Management is looking to fill an open position for a Part Maintenance Technician to join our teams in Leesburg Florida. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years similar experience, be self-motivated, able to work independently and own tools. Must have knowledge and "hands-on" experience of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and overall general repair knowledge. Shift is Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 8am - 430pm (1/2 hr lunch) plus available for on call emergency needs.

Must have a valid drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage. All applicants will be required to pass a basic maintenance exam. We require references from prior supervisors. All applications will be required to complete pre-employment drug, alcohol and background screening.
