Job summary

Flynn Management Corporation in Fernandina Beach, FL is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for our apartment community. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and general repairs.

The role requires owning tools, being self-motivated, and the ability to work independently. Shift is Tue–Fri 8:00am–4:30pm with on-call emergency coverage; pre-employment screening and references are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of similar maintenance experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must own tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC and general repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs across multiple trades.
• Work a Tuesday–Friday 8:00am-4:30pm shift with 1/2 hour lunch.
• On-call for emergency needs.
