Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience in apartment maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks in apartment units and common areas.
• Paint and plaster interior and exterior to maintain aesthetics.
• Handle light electrical and plumbing repairs and installations.
• Assist with snow removal during winter months.
• Perform landscaping duties to maintain the property's exterior appearance.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
